Retirement of Managing Director Georg Köhler (Dezember 2008)

UTAX GmbH, headquartered in the German town of Norderstedt, is announcing a change in personnel: Managing Director Georg Köhler (51) is leaving the company at his own request on 31 December 2008.
His position will not be filled. Since March 2002, Köhler has been served as Managing Director of UTAX GmbH alongside Michael Becker and acted as the company’s business director. He made a major contribution to the successful development of the company. Georg Köhler has many years of experience in the industry. He founded the Kopierpartner GmbH in Bonn, known today as TA Triumph-Adler Corporate Consulting GmbH, and acted as Managing Director of the company for many years after it was sold to TA Triumph-Adler. Before transferring to UTAX GmbH, he served as Managing Director of MKT Vertriebs GmbH in Dortmund, today TA Triumph-Adler West GmbH. Since January 2009, Köhler has been dedicating himself to new challenges.
