Colour Systems CDC 1625, CDC 1632 and CDC 1635 (July 2007)

Press release July 2007

With the models CDC 1625, CDC 1632 and CDC 1635, UTAX GmbH presents three new multifunctional colour systems for use both in small teams and larger work groups.
The three systems all feature copying, printing and scanning as standard. A fax system is available as an option. They produce copies, prints and scans on demand in colour or black and white (b/w). All three models feature the duplex unit as standard.

The systems offer high productivity and quality in colour and b/w.

The output speed depends on the specific model. The models CDC 1625 and CDC 1632 deliver 25 / 32 pages A4 in colour or black & white per minute. The output speed of CDC 1635 is 35 colour pages A4 or 40 pages black & white per minute.

The first colour page in completed after 7.9 seconds (CDC 1635: 7.5 seconds), the first page in black & white after 5.9 seconds (CDC 1635: 5.5 seconds).

Comfortable use
The handling of the three systems is carried out by using the large, adjustable touch panel. Colour reproduction can easily be optimised in the user-friendly printer driver.

Technical innovations
Sophisticated editing functions for images, text and background areas of copies as well as the option of finely tuning colours for printed text, photos, graphics or line drawings are technical innovations that ensure a perfect result. Due to the short and easy paper alley the copies are output directly.

The standard paper capacity can optionally be extended up to 4,100 sheets. The systems handle paper weights up to 220 g/m2. This means the systems can handle large copy and print jobs as well.

For a professional finishing, the systems offer numerous finishing options such as punching, stapling and brochure production. The optional Multi Tray supplies seven trays for different users.

To ensure cost transparency, the systems can handle up to 1,000 cost centres.
