Cost Control and Security

Cost Control & Security

aQrate

The aQrate software solution from UTAX enables you to monitor and control your scanning, copying and printing processes more efficiently across the entire company. Your sensitive data are always protected by high standards of security and the latest ID verification technologies. Clear reports ensure that you always retain an overview of the situation and have everything under control. Whether it is scanning at a multifunctional device (MFP) or printing jobs from the workstation or from a mobile device, aQrate manages all jobs from a single point. Print jobs are only approved for further processing once they have been authenticated by the user or are stored securely in a personal mailbox or directory once they have been scanned.
